ShowMRR vs TrustMRR
ShowMRR and TrustMRR both publish startup revenue that is read from the founder’s payment provider instead of screenshots. They differ most in how many providers they can read, and in which numbers they show.
Short version: TrustMRR connects 11 payment providers; ShowMRR connects 3 (Stripe, LemonSqueezy, Polar). If you bill through RevenueCat, the App Store, Paddle, Dodo, Creem, Whop, Superwall or Shopify, TrustMRR is the one that can verify you today. If you bill through Stripe, LemonSqueezy or Polar, both can, and you can connect the same read-only key to each.

Where TrustMRR is ahead
- Provider coverage. 11 providers against our 3, including mobile (RevenueCat, App Store), merchant-of-record platforms (Paddle, Dodo, Creem) and Shopify.
- Revenue, not just MRR. TrustMRR shows total and 30-day revenue, so products that sell one-time licences or lifetime deals are represented. ShowMRR shows MRR only, so those products read $0 here.
- Churn for logged-in users, per their FAQ.
What ShowMRR offers
- A clear verified rule. The badge appears only while every connected provider has synced in the last 72 hours. It is computed from the connection on every page view, not stored as a flag.
- Labelled self-reported figures. Where the site shows a number that was entered by hand, it says so, with the date.
- One-time pricing. Free for one verified startup; paid plans are one-time purchases (pricing).
- Free calculators for MRR, churn and valuation.
FAQ
Is ShowMRR a TrustMRR alternative?
Partly. Both publish revenue that is read from a founder's payment provider. TrustMRR connects 11 providers and shows more metrics; ShowMRR connects 3 (Stripe, LemonSqueezy, Polar) and shows MRR, growth and customer count. If you bill through one of those 3, ShowMRR is an option; if you bill through RevenueCat, the App Store, Paddle, Dodo, Creem, Whop, Superwall or Shopify, only TrustMRR can verify you today.
Which payment providers does each support?
TrustMRR's FAQ lists Stripe, LemonSqueezy, Polar, Paddle, DodoPayment, RevenueCat, Superwall, App Store, Creem, Whop and Shopify. ShowMRR supports Stripe, LemonSqueezy and Polar.
Is every number on ShowMRR verified?
No. A figure gets the verified badge only while ShowMRR is reading it from a connected payment provider (every connection must have synced in the last 72 hours). Some profiles show figures entered by a founder; those are labelled self-reported, with the date they were entered.
Should I list on both platforms?
If you bill through Stripe, LemonSqueezy or Polar you can connect the same provider to both with a read-only key. Each site then reads your numbers independently.
