Question 1

What is ShowMRR?

Accepted Answer

ShowMRR is a startup revenue database. Founders connect their LemonSqueezy, Stripe, or Polar payment accounts to publicly prove their Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). Figures that are not connected to a provider are labelled self-reported, with the date they were entered.

Question 2

How does revenue verification work?

Accepted Answer

Founders connect their payment provider API key. ShowMRR fetches active subscription data directly and calculates MRR. Data updates hourly.

Question 3

Is ShowMRR free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Browsing and payment-provider verification for one startup are free. Paid plans add distribution, analytics, and marketplace access.

Question 4

Can I buy or sell startups?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The marketplace lets founders list startups for sale with verified revenue. Free legal templates (APA, LOI, NDA) included.

Question 5

What payment providers are supported?

Accepted Answer

LemonSqueezy, Stripe, and Polar are supported for revenue verification.
